Then when you sign in you will come to a Folder 'Angela Mary' press on this and you will see 'angie.mp3' if you press on this you will (should) hear Steve Coleman's tribute to Angie on Magic FM. Steve was a good friend when we lived in the UAE.

Can you believe this, the guy has appealed the sentence !!!!! after 6 months, now seems i will be summoned to Court again in Spain whenever they fix the Appeal date.

At last a sentence, he got 17 years, plus 2 already served so 19, one year less than the maximum of 20 as they reduced by one year as he gave himself up. It took 2 years and one day to get this far.

25th March 2010

We attended Court 24 and 25th in Elche near Alicante.

The Cuban was found guilty of Murder, we wait for the Sentence but will be about 16 years, he has already been inside for 2 of course .........

Arrived in Elche, where the High Court is situated for the area, at last trial starts tomorrow at 10AM, they have told us to be here for 3 days, flew down from UK this morning with Louise and Kimberley and Kim my brother arrives this evening. What will be will be, we will see, whatever happens i don't really care as will not change what happened.

I don't believe in Spirits and Afterlife but look over to the right, who i took a photo of in Beijing airport on Friday morning last week on the way here. Looks suspiciously like Mr B, could i be a sign ?

I hear from my lawyer in Spain that we are now waiting for a trail date for court, when this will be who knows!!!

I would like everyone to give me their ideas for the most deserving places in the World where we can make a difference to the lives of Children.
I am not asking for money, but of course it will not be refused, as this is just the start of a long term project that I intend to pursue for ever.

I just ask for your moral support.

I also would like to say that the guy has not been found guilty yet so there must be nothing on the site that suggests he is guilty so as not to predudice the Court Case.

Nan from Dubai just sent me a couple of Photos of Angie I had not seen before, please send me some of your favorites, I will put them on the Site

1 year has passed tomorrow, it's just as unbelivable now as then. Still no undate from Spain than that written below. We still have no real idea of what happened that morning ..... I am not religoius but I will go to the nice wooden Russian Church tomorrow midday here in Almaty to light some candles for Angie and a hour of peace and tranquillity.

The preliminary case has been before the Court, they will now soon give us a date for the trial.

I just received an email from my lawyer in Spain, the first Court Hearing is next Wednesday, no more information at present hope to have some more tomorrow.

It would have been Angie's 44 yesterday, we visited her in Wellington and left some nice flowers, all was peaceful in the cemetry.

Update from Spain.

I have been told that the case should be nearing completion and soon it should be sent to the High Court ready for a Hearing Date.

About time I did a bit of an update for you all.

No news from Spain I spoke with the Lawyer a few weeks ago, she says the Police are still working on the case, she says it is a strong case ...... Hmmm we will see. No date for a trial, we will not get any news during August due to Spain being on vacation. So let's see what Autumn brings, I will go to the trial, initially I was against going but time gives you space to think, I need to go to close the door on the whole thing and I owe it to Angie. I miss her every minute of every day and cannot believe that here we are 19 weeks from the 7th April. Where has the time gone.... Thankfully the new Business is taking up all my time as we pick up more work. I still not have been able to take any salary yet but very soon should be able to and then I can start setting aside some money for the Foundation.
